Offering comfortable and affordable accommodation for up to 21 people the cottage is ideal for school groups, sporting teams, clubs and families attending an event or special occasion while visiting Wanganui and is conveniently located only five minutes drive from the heart of the Wanganui city.
Great value budget accommodation, Carver Cottage is set away from the road in a secluded, quiet, self-contained holiday setting surrounded by three and a half acres of land dotted with mature trees; suiting groups, families, schools and teams visiting Wanganui for sporting events.
For an affordable $15-00 per person per night ($50-00 per night minimum charge) you get an open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen in this back packer style accommodation.

Donated to the Girl Guide Association in 1964 by Mrs Patricia Carver to benefit local girls with a sheltered leisurely environment facilitating indoor activities & outdoor education.
